We work as one organisation, although the majority of our workforce is made up of people that investigate complaints or have customer contact, we expect everyone to be committed to delivering a service we can be proud of.

There are varied and interesting roles at LeO.

  • Our main operational roles include working in the General Enquiries Team, Investigators, and Ombudsmen.
  • Our main corporate roles include HR, IT, External Affairs, the Legal Team, Executive Office, Finance and Data protection.
