Annual Report and Accounts 2022/23

The Office for Legal Complaints’ (OLC) latest annual report and accounts covers the year 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

It highlights the Legal Ombudsman’s performance against the aims and objectives it set, including progress in improving the experience of legal service users and providers.

It also outlines the governance, management and accountability standards met by the OLC and includes the OLC’s financial statements.
