A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Zoe holds a Master’s in HRM and advanced certifications in organisational design, reward, leadership, and neurolinguistic programming. She is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Evidence-Based HRM, further strengthening her commitment to research-driven, innovative HR practices.
