Mike Harris Head of Communications, Engagement and Impact Mike leads LeO’s external communications, stakeholder engagement and insight-sharing programme. Mike is a policy, insight and communications specialist – with a background in roles covering public policy, advocacy, research, content and strategic communications. He has substantial experience in the Ombudsman sector; before joining LeO, he was Head of Strategic Communications at the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), having also led insight and content teams there. Before the FOS, he worked in a variety of policy and engagement roles at the Institute of Directors, the employer representative body, ultimately becoming Head of Policy Development.
