Improved case studies – helping to resolve and prevent complaints

We’ve recently updated our case studies page to make them more relevant, accessible, and useful. You can now filter by area of law, complaint theme and those customers that require a bit more support. Lots of new case studies have been added and we will continue to add more throughout the year.

One area featured in our new case studies is cybercrime. With more people working from home and engaging with services online, there’s a greater risk of falling victim to criminals, whose activities are getting more sophisticated. Legal service providers need to ensure they are doing what they can do protect their customers.
