The Office for Legal Complaints is delighted to publish today its Annual Report and Accounts for 2018/19.
In a year of achievement and challenge Chair Wanda Goldwag said ‘the Board and I are very pleased to see a number of key reforms completed within the Legal Ombudsman; we look forward with confidence to the year ahead and the continuing improvements’.
Chief Ombudsman Rebecca March agreed and said ‘we have a wide range of improvements in 2018/19 including completion of a major modernisation programme and looking forward we are determined to build on this achievement and to keep those who need our help at the heart of what we do’.
