We recently closed our call for input on the Model Complaints Resolution Procedure (MCRP), inviting views from across the sector on a proposed model approach to complaint handling. We are grateful to all those who took the time to respond and share their insight.
We are now analysing the feedback, which will play an important role in shaping the final products. We are aiming to launch the MCRP and supporting materials in the summer, informed by the views and experience shared through this process.
