Easy Read

Easy Read is a way of making information more accessible to people with learning disabilities.

It is also a really good way of making information accessible to people who find it difficult to read and write, have memory problems, or are communicating in a second language.

Our ‘Here to help’ leaflet explains the type of legal complaints we can deal with, and details of some of the typical complaints we will deal with. It’s designed to set out in general terms how we can help resolve complaints. It’s available in an Easy Read version and as a black and white version that you can print.
