The Welsh Language Act 1993 established a duty for public organisations providing services in Wales to produce a Welsh Language Scheme.
The scheme explains how we plan to give effect to the principle that we treat English and Welsh languages equally when we provide services to the Welsh public.
This report explains how we have met our obligations in delivering our services in Welsh and to residents in Wales from June 2018 to May 2019. This is the eighth time that we have reported to the Welsh Language Commissioner since we began operating in 2010.
