Thank you to everyone that has taken part in our customer satisfaction surveys. This summary details the results of telephone interviews and online surveys conducted with a sample of lawyers and complainants that had used our service in the year 2012-2013 . The survey was conducted on our behalf by independent research company BMG Research.
We aim to deliver a high quality and accessible complaint handling service. We use the results of our customer satisfaction research to measure our success in achieving this objective and to identify areas for improvement. We will continue to survey users of our service in 2013-2014.
