The Office for Legal Complaints has published its draft strategy for 2020-23, which includes its draft business plan for 2020/21. This sets out our vision of the way our work can continue to build genuine trust and public confidence in legal services in England & Wales.
When approved, this strategy will cover the period of April 2020-March 2023.
We are now seeking your views on our proposed strategic objectives and business planning priorities. The consultation will run from 16 December 2019 – 14 February 2020.
