A key part of improving LeO has been reviewing the Scheme Rules that set out how we work. Following a formal consultation and significant engagement with representatives of both service providers and legal service consumers, important changes will be effective from 1 April 2023. We’ve now published a comprehensive set of guidance here.
This guide is an updated version of the existing Scheme Rules FAQs and applies from 1 April 2023. It addresses some of the frequently asked questions we receive from service providers around how we apply the rules, and is illustrated by some case studies.
