David Peckham Interim Chief Operating Officer Dave is the Interim Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for organisation-wide delivery, performance, resilience and transformation. Dave has a track record of providing operational leadership and delivering effective management of organisational performance and has been at the centre of delivering LeO’s ambitious performance recovery and continuous improvement programme. Before joining the LeO, Dave worked in the financial sector, including most recently as a Retail Manager for The West Brom, where he led and developed a team of managers to ensure service standards and wider business priorities, including focusing on understanding and improving the customer experience.
