Consultation on the Office for Legal Complaints Business Plan and Budget 2021/22

The Office for Legal Complaints (OLC) has published the consultation on its Business Plan and Budget for 2021/22. The consultation can be found here.
This Business Plan will mark the second year of the OLC's three year corporate strategy.
Responses should be emailed to consultations@legalombudsman.org.uk by 5pm on 15 January 2021.
