We help to resolve complaints that legal service providers and their customers have not been able to sort out for themselves. The majority of our workforce is made up of investigators and ombudsmen who investigate these complaints. Our corporate services teams, include HR, Finance, IT, Legal and External Affairs, who ensure we are working effectively and have the systems to support our customers.
Our people are the beating heart of the organisation, they enable us to achieve our objectives and provide a service that enhances outcomes for our customers. The work we do is challenging, varied and highly rewarding. We not only act as an impartial party and investigate complaints but feedback to the profession on lessons learnt.
Whether you want to be part of our operational teams who are at the heart of what we do, or our corporate services teams who ensure we are working effectively and support LeO in delivering its objectives, we want to hear from you. There is no single route into LeO, our people have varied and diverse backgrounds and a real passion for what we do.
