Sam Argyle

Senior Ombudsman

Sam was called to the Bar in 2006 and has significant complaints handling experience having previously worked for the Legal Complaints Service.

Upon joining the Legal Ombudsman in 2010 as an investigator, Sam worked with a team dealing with legacy work from a predecessor organisation. Sam also spent some time with our Quality Team where she: assisted in the development and implementation of a new quality framework; worked on a review of our customer satisfaction surveys; and worked with a cross functional team on improving customer service.
