Jodie Handley


Jodie joined the Legal Ombudsman in early 2011 as an investigator in our legal team, before moving into the claims management team as a senior investigator.

She was appointed as an ombudsman in January 2016.

In addition to the legal and claims management complaints experience gained during her time at the Legal Ombudsman, Jodie also has over 10 years customer service experience gained in a number of roles in the civil service and the telecommunications industry.
