The Legal Ombudsman website has been developed to best practice coding conventions and, where possible, corresponds with guidelines stipulated by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0).

We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone. As a result, we have an ongoing improvement programme.

We are always happy to receive your comments. Please use our feedback form to let us know about any problems you have had.

This includes if you believe we are not meeting accessibility regulations or guidelines, or if you believe there are ways we can improve the material which appears on this site.
