We have published the latest summary of ombudsman decisions made about legal service providers and claims management companies. For the first time, any decisions made from 1 April this year now include information about whether poor service was found or not
Our Board (the Office for Legal Complaints) is empowered to publish information on all complaints resolved by ombudsman decision (this excludes informally resolved complaints) by the Legal Services Act 2007. Our Board has instructed us to do this on our website. The information we publish is a simple and transparent record of decisions made by the Legal Ombudsman.
