We're delighted that you're interested in joining the Legal Ombudsman, based in the centre of Birmingham.Our creation marked a significant transformation in legal services; we're the key element of the programme to reform the provision and regulation of legal services in England and Wales, and we've brought about a new way of resolving legal complaints.
The Legal Ombudsman became fully operational in October 2010 and we've created a dynamic and vibrant work environment to help us become a world-class dispute resolution organisation.
My aim is to ensure that the Legal Ombudsman is the name the public will look for if they have a problem with a lawyer and need help to solve it.
