Invitation to tender – Understanding our customers’ needs

The Legal Ombudsman is seeking a provider to undertake qualitative research to help it understand the needs and expectations of its customers.  The research will listen to the views of our customers on our service delivery, helping us to identify and understand our service users’ needs and establish a set of customer defined service principles. If you would like to be  considered for the research please read the attached Invitation to Tender and submit your proposal and any queries to janet.edwards@legalombudsman.org.uk . The deadline for responses is 20 February 2015.
